Easy to order.
The bouquet was not as full as the one pictured even though I was required to buy the premium arrangement to qualify for delivery. The florist is 40 miles away. I might have got more for my money if I just called a local florist.
I requested delivery for Sunday. My order was not delivered nor was I contacted about it not being delivered. I called the next day and received 20% off and the order was delivered the next day. The bouquet was smaller than expected for the price paid. I paid extra for the flowers for a larger bouquet. Not satisfied at all with the service nor the delivery. I will not be using this service again.

I put in my order earlier. It wouldn't take my payment. I finally get it to work and entered my order 3 hours later and then get charged some kind of same day fee even though my requested delivery date is tomorrow. Doesn't make sense. I saw something about a 3pm cutoff time however it is not 3pm yet. I also cannot differentiate between the basic and deluxe - pictures would be nice to be able to compare. AFTER DELIVERY: The flowers look nothing like I ordered. I understand it will not be exact or the same flowers and there needs to be a substitution but I would at least expect the same colors at least and not a completely different color arrangement If I wanted purple flowers I would have ordered that from the beginning but I didn't want purple flowers and red and that is exactly what was delivered. If I could submit pictures I would. I'm so upset right now especially after spending over $60. I can make a better arrangement than what was delivered. So frustrating...

The pricing was deceptive. The final price was not available until the last screen and was double what was expected. Also delivery was to be made on Friday. I called customer service on Sunday, (customer service was very good). Finally the flowers arrived on Monday.
