Thank you for dropping the shipping charge. My daughter received her flowers, and although she liked them, they were not the ones in the picture. It was a different bouquet and not at all what I thought would be sent. I sent her flowers last year from another company, and they did not send correct vase. I don't know why I can't have sent what is pictured.

My daughter loved the gift, came as advertised.
The vase was beautiful! But the arrangement was nothing like I had ordered. Which is upsetting because I ordered it for the lilies that was suppose to be in the arragment. And it wasn't even a full arrangement it was filled with a bunch of green and very few of the colors that were suppose to be in it. It looked nothing like the picture at all! Spend a lot of money on flowers that weren't there..

I was frustrated that I could not easily change the Delivery Date from the order confirmation screen, even though I could edit other information such as the delivery address etc.
I was not happy when I see a discounted rate on one page, get to the point where the transaction is almost complete, only to find that the item is going to be an additional $20. I also had a "Credit" that I am unable to use as your system would not allow me to enter the code, and when I used the email it was sent to, there was no real "credit" as the item was no longer discounted. Very disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
