My husband ordered me 2 dozen red and pink roses. Website did not state if not same day delivery it will be delivered in a box. So that is exactly what I got, well not even. I received 20 roses in which 5 were almost dead. After putting it together it is NO where near what the picture showed. I called customer service for a refund, after speaking to a supervisor for a while explaining the situation she agree to give me 50% off. Only gave me $17 credit out of $83, Come to find out it was 50% off the flowers only not the whole amount. Not even the supervisor knows how to keep their word. I had to call back to speak to another supervisor because that was not what the first supervisor agreed too. Got to speak to Elvira emp# 9418 which was very understanding of the situation. Elvira knows how customers are supposed to be treated. She understands how important moments like this are to a love one. Thinking you ordered something nice and end up getting something far different then what you ordered, that is not right. That is false advertisement. Elvira should train your employees and supervisor on how to handle when issues like this arise.

My Aunt who I visited back in August this year in Florida turned 99 years young yesterday! Although I was not able to be there for her birthday I called her and sent my best wishes to her in vibrant coloured flowers for her colourful spirit. She was really pleased with her gift!

I've place a few orders with you guys before and all was well that's why this time around I was confused to why I had issues this time. First the delivery guy place the flowers on the ground by the side door instead of just placing them on the porch. Second the flowers themselves look like they went through the
hurricane that just happen because they did not look like the picture which is shock because like I've said I placed orders before and they all look great but what happen this time?
