The flowers ordered was not the flowers delivered. The freshness of the flowers was good but if you dont get the flowers you order then why spend 30 minutes picking out that special flower. Was not even similar.

Was sent to a person in Ct. For a birthday. I did not see the basket I ordered, however the [erson described the basket as pretty good.

Had lots of options
Based on the picture that I saw, it did seem like the deluxe option that I chose should have a been a little larger than it actually ended up being. But, since I sent the flowers out of state and can't see them myself, it's difficult to tell. That's why I'm still giving 5 stars. However, based on the picture that I saw, it did seem a bit small for what I paid. That being said, every other order I've made in the past has been excellent and exactly as expected.
Overall, I was very satisfied
The flowers did not arrive the same day as I paid for same day delivery. The flowers did not look like the ones I ordered online but they were nice. The gladyolas were somewhat wilted. I was notified they were delivered and they were not until the next day I was there when they were delivered so I was a bit disappointed. I always hate ordering flowers online due to not knowing what really gets delivered or when but in this order I was there and they were a day late even thou I paid extra for same day delivery.
Easy to navigate website with quick delivery
Overall good experience, easy online navigation but service and handling additional charge made the total order very expensive. Should definitely try and lower the prices so more orders can be made.
One of the flowers was delivered broken from its stem! Completely unacceptable & not the normal service provided in the past!

Very user friendly website. Easy to find what I needed. The handling fee is rather expensive though, so I probably will use a different service in the future.
Please don't make the mistake of ordering flowers for any one if you them there at a reasonable time or if you want them to say wow thank you for the beautiful flowers because it will not happen! I tried twice
The flowers that arrived at my sister's house were not anything like the picture in your add. There were few flowers and looked skimpy for the $50.00 I paid. I won't order through this site again.
Easy hopevthey look nice
Flowers were nice but were not as vibrant as the pictures online.
It was a very quick turn around from order to delivery. Of course, the quality of the flower at the end of the day is deteriorating quickly but that's what you get with most places. With it though, my wife was very surprised.
Basket was much smaller and only had two kinda large plates in it. Plants did look healthy, but not close to picture.
It was a gift to a niece in another state. It was received on a timely basis and she tells me they are lovely
