I wish I could post two pictures, one of what I ordered, and one of what I got. No connection between the two.

I would say everything was alright. I would say my first experience is neutral.
Although my girlfriend was satisfied with the gift overall, there were some points that I wasn't satisfied with.
I was hoping the gift would be delivered to her place of business but she had to pick it up herself. Luckily she wasn't at work yet because if she was, she wouldn't have been able to pick up her phone and pick it up. It did ruin the surprise element I wanted for her.
Furthermore, a few of the flower petals seemed like it was chipped away by bugs. Since it's handpicked and custom made, I'd figure those imperfections wouldn't be found in such a beautiful arrangement.
But overall, my girlfriend was happy so I am happy.
I live in illinois. My niece in California was in labor with no family there. Meant a lot that the flowers arrive just after giving birth. They were beautiful and just perfect. Thank you. Thank you!@

Customer service was great. Waited all day for the delivery. Had to ruin the surprise as the delivery did not show up until the person was leaving the office. Timing not the best so I felt I was way overcharged for delivery. It was within the delivery time frame but I have never had this experience that it was delivered so late to a business in the day.
My first order from you was very satisfactory. This one however was not. It was nothing like the picture that I ordered. I will order from you one more time, and hopefully, the flowers will be what I ordered. Future orders will depend on that.

Very easy to order flowers the only thing is they weren't fresh flowers...the greens bunch around roses they were dry and the roses themselves they look old.
