Great service great flowers
The flowers don't look as fresh as I would expect.
Easy & fast, good selection of flowers. Could lower some prices for people on a budget. Also when flowers are delivered out of state & are florisits choice a picture would be nice to see what I sent when email is sent stating it was delivered.
My daughter received the flowers. The theme was purple, there were pink carnations that were brown on the tips, the other flowers were droopy. Not impressed with the arrangement. I am not sure what service you had to make the arrangement, but they did a lousy job and the flowers were old. If I were you, I would seek out another shop to do business with.

The picture and description did not match what I recieved. I expected for there to at least have been some full size items but they were all small and there was not a many different things. I do not blame the site just maybe the florist who prepared it.
Same day delivery was amazing and reasonably priced. Definitely would use this service again

Simple instructions with wide choices
Simply put, the size of the arrangement was disappointing. The rest of the experience was great. I ordered the largest size and this was what would have expected from one of the smaller sizes. I'll likely go back to the florists that give you a bit more of a wow factor for a slightly higher price.
Price I believe was $34.99 but with the other ancillary charges it came to $58.

I was told it would be delivered the day I ordered, later in the day received email it would not. I called, was told it would be delivered the next morning, that it would be upgraded, it was not delivered until afternoon on next day, it was not upgraded, quality of flowers were not fresh. Very unsatisfied

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
