Thank you. My mom loved her flowers/chocolate/ balloon.
When they say between 9 am and 6 pm. They mean it. Right on the dot.

The flowers that were delivered were nothing even close to what we ordered. The order was a fall seasonal display with peach, orange, fall colors and with a fall plaid ribbon and we received a pink, red and white display of roses and large carnations with a pink ribbon. Also the message was hand written on carried over on 3 small cards and barely legible. We understand that the florist may not be able to provide the exact stated flowers in all cases but then we should have been informed of such and offered a suitable replacement display. I order flowers 4-5 times a year so I am aware that they are not always exactly as advertised but this was not even close to a fall seasonal display.

Great experience, pretty flower arrangement but it wasn't like the picture on the website. The one I saw had only Lilys and the one I got had other different flowers, it was still a beautiful arrangement.

I just received them and they have 2 broken buds and also had one rose that was bent and hanging over the side of the vase. I bought the best package for better buds and better floral and the roses I got are already wilting and dull. I could have went to Safeway 2 blocks down the road from me this morning for 40 dollars and got this kinda quality. Not super happy. Took pictures as soon as they walked in definitely not the best I have seen.

Ordering may have been easy but delivery was a day late and only 5 balloons in a deluxe bouquet and one of them was half flat! Horrible experience!

I buy flowers for my girlfriend every so often and always get them from here, best price and they are just as beautiful as she is. This time the flowers werent fully bloomed which made the whole thing look wierd ik its no ones fault but thats the only think wrong
