What we received was not what was ordered but was a nice plant in good condition. It did come in a timely manner and the delivery person graciously called when no one was home and left a message.
I was offered a free shipping discount because the min. Price for delivery was higher than I wanted to spend, but it took away my original discount so the bouquet was $50 instead of $40. So it didn't change the total cost but I really needed the flowers delivered so I ordered.
The website is really nice and easy to use, but the Product that I received was not what I ordered. I purposely ordered an arrangement with big lilies and the bouquet I got did not have them. So I don't know how much I trust their options.

I was not aware I had to pay for a vase and shipping before I selected your floral arrangement. Those costs should have been included in the total flower cost listed before I decided to purchase anything. I do not like surprises at checkout-that's all.

I ordered on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. Was perfect for my mother's Birthday. I'm from Alaska and she now lives in Idaho. I did the purchase from my phone via internet. Thankyou
Your delivery/handling fee is high, i will shop for a more affordable service next time. Especially as my order was marked delivered after 7pm when it actually was not delivered. I had to follow up with customer service who was unable to give me an answer because the florist was unable to reach the driver.
The order then showed up after 8 p.m. with no return phone call from customer service. I am disappointed in how much work I actually had to do to make sure this was delivered. The surprise of a delivery is ruined when you actually have to call the recipient and find out if they have received it.
Processing fee is too much.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
