I am extremely dissatisfied with the flowers my grandmother received. I came to visit her shortly after she received them and all the filler flowers were very weepy practically dead. For almost 40 dollars and such a small bouquet, I'm extremely disappointed and will not be likely to repurchase from the site in the future.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
