Picture of flowers sent to me by my daughter "looked" a bit small.
This is my second time on ordering and my first was a success so I'm trying it again.
Although I ordered the 'deluxe' size, the arrangement was smaller than I anticipated. I was a little disappointed by the quantity of flowers. The quality of the flowers was very good. All things considered, I think I will stick with another online site I have used in the past. More flowers, shipping included and an overall lower price.
The picture on the vase didn't show my wife's name and 3 of the 4 pieces of chocolate were melted can u reimburse me or send good chocolate and can I send you a better picture that shows my wife's name the flowers I sent are for my wife's 39 th birthday

Had to order larger item than I wanted? Why? Thought it was to get free shipping, but no, shipping cost me $15.00. Had to put in the recipient address and card message 3 times. Didn't like it.

Steep price for the quality
I ordered the deluxe bouquet and it arrived with about 8 flowers. Not my idea of deluxe. Unfortunately, I don't live in the same state as my mother in law so I couldn't pick it out myself. Would not have paid that for what it was had I gone in person.

Wish I had an approximate delivery window, and I paid almost $50 for just 8 balloons which 5 of them were just latex. Also the Bouqet of balloons that were delivered didn't even look nice. Not very satisfied, probably won't do business here again.
I didn't receive my flowers until late afternoon.I'm not sure if the extra time bouncing around in the back of several different delivery trucks that most likely had different temperatures,caused all the wilting,but it probably didn't do them any good.I'm hoping that with the flower food,warm water and trimming the stems,they will come out of it.
The arrangement is pretty but not exactly like the online picture which I prefer more when place the order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
