Disappointed that I have to pay a same day/weekend fee when ordering for the next day. Also disappointed the site doesn't disclose the delivery fee charge until after going through the whole process of composing and completing an order. Additionally, there was no option to pick up in store.

Although what I received was well put together and cute it was not what I ordered! I ordered a sweet candy gift basket and got a savory treat gift basket. My grandmother couldn't eat any of the items in the basket! Waste of my money!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
