DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered from this website because it said same day delivery. Not only did it not arrive on the day of order, when I spoke with customer services I was told each time I called that it would be there within a set time, finally arrived and the product had cheap replacements for what was in the photo. I understand they do not guarantee it will match the photo, but come on, at least have the company you contract with have quality products, not Dollar Store looking crap.
Customer service was terrible. Will never order from here and will never recommend this crap fest of a company. I wish I had read the reviews first. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Did not look like what was ordered. Not the 1st time. Your service is reliable time wise, but there's some bad products being sent out.
This has been very convenient, although we have had substantial problems with the delivery date in the past not arriving in time. But we were compensated and hope for the best.
I paid almost $50 for $5 worth of candy & a bunch of styrofoam. The tape that was used to stick the candy on was so strong that the wrappers ripped when you took them off so you have to keep it together & take it when you want a piece.

Flowers appeared to be ones you could run into your local market grab and go. Was a bit disappointed for price paid they weren't anything special or arranged since it was a birthday order. Picture displayed on Web was far from what was delivered.
Bouquet was smaller than expected for premium. Very small/ will not buy again
I mistakenly forgot to change the delivery address on my order, so they came to my house. The delivery person was so sweet and took the item I ordered to the correct address. Great customer service!
