Was confused as to why i had to spend over 39.99 in order to ship flowers to myrtle beach,sc.? Your site does not specify you have to do this?The flowers were delivered on time.However, I ordered the deluxe version.It didnt look deluxe and flowers werent what i had expected would be in there.I can not tell you what the name of the florist shop is since there was no name on it and delivered in just a white pickup truck I was not satisfied with my order.

The flower cake is very pretty. It is higher priced than I would like to pay in the future. I should've realized I'd also have to pay almost $20 fee for delivery: I just assumed that was included in the initial kinda high price.

Knowing the handling fee when placing order would be nice. Letting you know that your card is going to be charged an additional 15 when you are ready to submit is kind of shady. Also, the delivery time was an hour past the shop closing time and when I followed up to see if the item was delivered, the shop was closed. It was only after the fromyouflowers rep tried contacting them was my item delivered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
