Easy and convenient. My daughter loved them and that was great to hear and see her excitement.
I was surprised/disappointed at the (smaller than pictured) size of the bouquet. But at least it was still a beautiful arrangement.
Flowers didn't look like anything I ordered. Got an email after lunch saying they didn't have what I ordered so they had to 'tweak' it a little. For future reference, customers should be sent pictures of what is available and them them choose with in price range. There's absolutely no way I would have sent my grandmother the flowers she received.

Picture on website shows basket with 12 bags of chips, a can of nuts and approximately 13 candy bars. I upgraded to a deluxe basket. The basket received had 3 bags of chips, 8 candy bars and 4 bags of fruit chews.
Website should reflect number of items for different baskets since picture is misleading.

You are way over priced and my previous order had multiple things wrong with it. You did give me a $15 credit towards another purchase, but that is only good if I spend more money and just hope this order isn't messed up also. To top it off it was to be delivered on the 23 it got sent 2 weeks early

Love the flowers, but think the total cost was a little expensive.
Bouquet of flowers was really beautiful... except for... on each side (on the bottom of the arrangement) the tiny flowers were wilted and looked old. Overall, they were beautifully designed and a few have even bloomed since the delivery. The delivery man was very kind as well. I probably would use service again.

Ordered an autum arrangement for my mother at the hospital and they delivered a hot pink and bright yellow "bouquet" that wasn't arranged and just thrown into a vase. It looked terrible. I have contacted customer service who said another bouquet would be delivered the next day it was never delivered. I contacted customer service AGAIN who said "they are verifying". This was 5 days ago and I paid extra for same day delivery. Never again will I order from them and I will post this review, including photosif I can, of what was delivered v bought on every sight I can find.
They shopping experience was great until after already placing the order and paying. I got an email my order couldn't be delivered on time. When it was delivered, it was not what I had paid for. I understand that florists may have to make substitutions, but this bouquet did not nearly have the amount of flowers or any of the fancier flowers that were expected. I had paid to do the upsized of the bequest and expected it to be a little fuller and fancier than the basic option. It was not even nice enough to be the basic option. I used to work at a florist. This bouquet could have been bought for $15 at the grocery store, yet I paid $49.99 for it. I was not satisfied. Waiting an extra day for delivery should have been enough time to get it right.
You all seemed to come at the perfect time. My girlfriend had a terrible day and I'm hundreds of miles away at work. They came just in time to brighten her day! Well done.

I ordered a custom vase for my in-laws anniversary gift and only a plain glass vase came. My husband and I were disappointed because his parents have been through a lot health wise this year and a custom vase would have brought them joy. I hope that this doesn't become an issue as I am hesitant to place future orders because of this experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
