Also, the message written on the card by the florist was sloppy and my name was misspelled. And the delivery was made just after 5p. *However, it is very nice to be able to have flowers delivered same day.
I would like to have it delivered sooner than 5 days. The prices were higher than expected and then adding in delivery costs made it too expensive. I would be more likely to send more if both were less.

I ordered the Pink & White Sympathy Floor Basket for my sisters funeral, the big one, the premium size. They called me DURING THE FUNERAL to tell me they could not deliver them on time. Never again will I order anything from this company. They did not even apologize.

It is difficult to answer some of the questions when flowers are sent as gift and I can't actually see them. However they were delivered when promised and the recipient was delighted by them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
