& sent them to her workplace as a surprise as I live in FL and she works in Houston, TX.
She said she's never seen flowers packaged so carefully as each flower was individually wrapped up and the flower buds had netting on them as well. Sooo glad they arrived intact!

Frustrating.
I made a purchase that had to be delivered in 3 days. If you are under time restraints, do not spend a lot of time picking out flowers. The cooperating florist will have to make substitutions so just be aware that the colors you chose might not be available.

The last minute 14.95 for handling shocked me. Surely that could be explained up front. I don't like that kind of suprise and figured the 69 dollars would cover the handling costs! However, my sister was VERY happy with what arrived at her door and dove in to the yummy things in the basket.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
