Before delivery: better than FTD and Proflowers.com so far. We will see if you earn all my future business.
After delivery: flowers delivered are not the same quality or quantity as shown on web. I chose the "Premium" option and the item delivered was lower quality than the "Regular" option online which was nearly $20 less expensive.
