The Balloons were fine. There was no bow on the basket of candy and no Reece's peanut butter cup candy bar.that is my sons favorite. I knew candy would not be exactly like the picture...but only a few like they showed.

The prices listed are confusing, i.e. Selecting an item of a certain price, changes when calculating; plus the shipping/delivery charge is expensive.
Still, the recipients of my various puchases have been thrilled with the flowers they received.
I was disappointed. Days before anticipated arrival, I was sent an email saying that the florist in my area did not have the exact item I requested and boy was that accurate. The actual bouquet couldn't have been any different from the order I placed and thought I was getting.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
