Everything good except price
Great website and easy ordering process. The photo of the arrangement looks beautiful!
Products were overpriced and expensive. Flowers, two balloons, and ten cake pops should not cost over 100 dollars. It cost me $116, and that was after getting a 19 dollar discount. I would expect 60-70 dollars to be reasonable for what I ordered. But everything else with the website and delivery was perfectly satisfactory.

Shopping was easy but I thought the prices were deceiving. By the time everything was added in, the price was double what I thought it would be. The flowers arrived on time but several of the roses were brown and looked a little beat up. They did not look like the picture. For how much I paid, I was really unhappy.

This time flowers arrived on time -- look rather "skimpy" compared to the picture on website. Seems a bit over-priced.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
