It was easy and great. After receiving the flowers is was not at all what the picture looked liked. There was no blue flowers and none of the lilies were open.
I've ordered twice before and was very happy with the flowers. This time I didn't have a discount, and the total price of $55.95 (including $14.99 for service/handling) was too much for the flowers I received. I think I can do better ordering from my local florist.

What I ordered and what was received, by the person I sent the flowers to, was completely different. I ordered the lemon lime rose bouquet which had at least 6 yellow roses, however the bouquet received only had 1 yellow rose but no others. The bouquet received was very colorful and beautiful and the recipient loved it but it just wasn't what was ordered.
I ordered a flower bouquet for Halloween. There where some miscommunications with the delivery guy and we received the package the day after Halloween. The bouquet is really nice and the recipient loved it.
I will recommend this service for special occasions.

Well I called my Mother a short time ago and her flowers arrived. She is thrilled! She loves the color and mums are her favorite flower.
I have not seen the flowers myself but am satisfied you sent a very nice product. Her neighbor brings in the mail every day and brought in the flowers which were left on the back steps. Maybe Mon didn't hear the delivery person.

Received the package via ups flower's looked dead and there was blood smeared on the box from who ever handled it. Gift was for my 12 year old grand daughter was horrible gift. This really sucks will never use this again plus I want my money back.
