I find it very deceiving to start out buying something for $31 and it end up being $55.
The flowers ended up being beautiful and the person who received them was thrilled.

At first it seemed to be an easy process and a good product. I asked the recipient to send me a picture of the basket when he received it - it was nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a specific color bow which it did not come with, the candy was different than the picture online, and the balloons that I paid $8 extra dollars for were not delivered with the basket. When they brought the balloons the next day they were not what I ordered. I am extremely disappointed because the order was for a special occasion and it was nothing like what I ordered and paid a high price for. I will not use this site again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
