I know all about price fluctuation depending on service location etc... probably you should disclose an approximate price, but not just before placing an order when I was unable to adjust how much I wanted to expend, I couldn't cancel the chocolates for example.

The bouquet pictured as red carnations was beautiful and what was expected
The bouquet pictured as having purple flowers and a purple tea cup was while beautiful was not what was ordered. The bouquet received was red flowers and in a tea cup with red flowers on it over all red theme instead of purple theme. I wanted purple flowers not red.

'Same day' delivery happened at 4:45pm I thought since I place my order before 5 am it would've made sooner.
Overall service meet the expectations-
I found the entry request for a phone number little confusing. I did not have the recipient's phone number,so I put in mine since it was a surprise. Not sure what that accomplished. Do you insure someone is home to receive flowers or do you just leave at door? Fresh flowers wouldn't do well in the elements. The recipient said they were gorgeous so I hope she got them when delivered.
Other issue is the handling fee. I expected a delivery charge but an additional handling fee was a little much. Overall good experience.
