Super easy experience.
Great service! I ordered online the night before I needed them to arrive and they delivered a beautiful bouquet at 10:00 a.m. the next morning. Will definitely use therm again.
First off, I had ordered 2 hours before the cut off for same day delivery. They sent an email 2 hours later stating they couldn't deliver the same day. I called customer service and they told me I would get 30%off and will be upgraded to the next size up flower arrangement. Well, received the flowers yesterday and they are a smaller arrangement than I ordered. So, I get flowers that weren't delivered on time and a smaller arrangement than I had originally ordered. I will never use this service again. False advertising and false promises.

My order was to be delivered to my aunt Adele Kreutzfeld, 649 Orchard Dr., Port Clinton, OH *******, My aunt is 88 yrs old, lives alone, but is very active. Her hearing is excellent/ The flowers were left on her home's front door step; there was no knock on the door or door bell rung to let her know they were left there. She didn't go out on the day of delivery. She did the next day and found them there - left overnight in the cold Northern Ohio weather. The balloon was damaged, but she was able to resuscitate the flowers barely.
I found your lack of service horrific. I often order from other flower/candy delivery services; they are 100 times more dependable than you are.

It was super simple and easy to place my order. The order arrived in great condition and on time.
I was surprised at the bouquet that arrived. It was different from what I ordered. I liked the dark purple with the orange roses and the Halloween greeting at the top of the arrangement. The picture was beautiful. The arrangement however, was lighter colors of purple and had a black bat and two orange pumpkins. The roses were white with tips of orange- not what I ordered!

The flowers my daughter received were not as nice as the photo depicted on the website. The delivery driver was rude to her. They are located in a large college town and they should realize a lot of their clients may be in class. Perhaps if they called first before going out for the delivery, there wouldn't have been an issue. I would probably use your service for other locations, just not this one. Thank you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
