First-time user... wanted a bouquet that didn't break the bank so was attracted to reasonable price UNTIL I GOT TO CHECKOUT. Your $14.99 service & handling fee was ridiculous. When I left the order uncompleted, all of a sudden that fee got removed. So I took a chance that my order will prove satisfactory. But fee shifting left a bad taste in my mouth so I'm unlikely to come back unless the bouquet is spectacular. Sorry but that kind of bait-and-switch tactic raises consumer red flags.
Flowers were lovely, so that helped to mitigate problems w/ordering process.

The arrangement that was delivered was nothing like the online arrangement. I upgraded my order and it was still extremely skimpy. And poorly arranged. I was almost embarrassed by what was sent.

I ordered deluxe Spray flowers but it the flowers were very small. They look like they were standard and I paid for a deluxe Spray.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
