The delivered arrangement didn't look like what we ordered, no roses were used, different type container used. The reciepent said that it was a beautiful arrangement and was pleased, so we were too. Would be nice if the florist would follow the ordered arrangement closer.

I was very disappointed in the arrangement delivered. I had upgraded my order but it did not come even close to the picture shown. While I agreed that the florist would choose flowers in season per their choice, this arrangement was not very good or special.
Easy selection, quick response on site. Good variety. Delivery in New York City was late at night, but it was the eve of a holiday. It looked like a substitution was made in the flowers -- all mums instead of carnations and mums -- which I did not expect, but the flowers were fresh and the arrangement was festive.
My second order of flowers somehow got lost in the shuffle and almost wasn't delivered. The owner, however, made it himself and drove it out to be delivered. I really appreciated that! My flowers were gorgeous!

This was an order for delivery to a dear friend in a healthcare facility who's paralyzed. Cannot speak so don't know if she liked it or flowers fresh. Can only hope they were as I am over 2 hours away. It says it was delivered. All I know.
My shopping experience was OK. I was upset that the $14.99 Service and Handling Charge was not disclosed up front. I hope that the arrangement I ordered looks like the picture and that the flowers are fresh.
The arrangement pictured had a lot more red carnations. The one received only had 3. The picture should state if the arrangement was the "deluxe", medium or small. I assume the picture displayed was the deluxe and the one received was the small. The red and white bow was not as pretty as the picture. I am somewhat disappointed, but would order from you again as the delivery was as promised.

The delivery rebate page shows error

Twice I tried to reset my password as an existing customer and both times I was told it was invalid. It said to use the token sent in the email to reset but there was no token password given; only a link to reset the password.
I placed my order a couple of weeks ahead of the delivery date. 2 days later I found out the receiver was going to be gone from her house with no one to be able to accept the delivery in her absence. I called and told a representative that I needed to put the order on "hold" until I found out what day she would be able to accept delivery. I was told to call in with that information when I found out. I never called in. The recipient who still wasn't home told me in a text that her brother knew that the delivery was going to happen on the day of delivery that I had requested originally. When I found that out (a day before the delivery was to happen) I called and talked to a representative and she told me the original "hold" was never placed in your orders.
If I hadn't known from the brother that a delivery was going to be made ahead of what was supposed to be a "hold" situation the flowers would have been lying on the porch for two days and withered and dead by the time the recipient returned home.
This is a total lack of communication on your part and you don't have to worry about this happening again with me because I will NEVER place another order with you or suggest you to any friends!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
