It said there would be orange roses and there were red...didn't look quite right. Otherwise it was ok And the candles were red...looked more Christmasy than Thanksgiving. Other flowers in arrangement were fine. Thought it would have been a little bigger for the Deluxe, however it was admired by my guests.
The flowers were sent to my sister who was hospitalized at an out of town location. They turned out as beautifully as those pictured on the web site and arrived at the promised time. I would definitely fromyouflowers.com for future out of town floral deliveries.

I had a terrible experience ordering two orders. The first one went through well online. I accidentally scheduled a second order twice and the site would not let me cancel or complete the orders online.
So I called flowersfromyou. It took me over 1/2 hour to complete the order on the phone. I had major difficulties hearing the person who was taking my order. I kept telling her I could hear another person taking another order while I was trying to straighten mine out. It was nearly impossible to hear the person taking my order with the other voice in the background. I came very close to canceling everything and hanging up. The person assured me that I would receive a confirmation email about my two orders. I still have yet to see a bill online.
Both flower orders arrived in a timely manner and they look nice. So the flowers turned out well. But the horrible voices on the phone line were upsetting! I hope you can address this problem in the future!

I had two orders. One of them I was very disappointed with. It was extremely small and disheveled. I paid for up grade, can't imagine what they would have received if I hadn't. It was almost embarrassing. Not happy with the price for what was sent. Im so happy to pay for quality. Undelivered... not happy.

My order was 15 minutes past the 6pm delivery time. The flowers were so cold, that it felt like they were in a freezer. I am worried that the flowers won't last as they had gotten so cold. I was happier with the first order than this one.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
