I've noticed the last couple of orders are not at all like the advertised bouquets on the site. I wish they would tell you if the florist has the flowers or colors available or not before you confirm your order because I'm pretty much not getting what I ordered.

I ordered a Thanksgiving centerpiece and my account was charged. The centerpiece was never delivered. I called customer service and he laughed at me. He told me that I could receive 30% off and they'd deliver on Friday. Ummmm, dinner will be over. I want a full credit! I will never order from your company again!
This is the second time I've ordered from this company, and the flowers are beautiful! But, even though I had a coupon for $12.00 off, my flowers were still just as expensive...and many of the arrangements were not available for less than $39.99...it was very misleading...I might try FTD next time.

I thought the roses would be purple and they were red. The order I placed seemed to be more full in the picture than what I received. Freshness seems to be there but just not happy I paid a lot of money for what looks empty.

When e first page came my product offer came up it was 17.93, but on the last billing page it said product was 29.99. I purchased it even though the amount was 12.06 which was the amount of my credit. If I did not need it I would not have purchased it, and the discount code was entered correctly. Why did this happen?
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
