Good prize and easy to place the order
I thought the bouquet would be a lot bigger for the price I paid. I selected the biggest bouquet and only received a dozen roses. I thought there be closer to two dozen.
Flowers were pretty but died off rather quickly
Everything was beautiful and timely; however, the local florist delivered the bouquet to the wrong address. My 91-year old mom was lucky that the neighbor was honest and brought the flowers to her.
I couldn't go back and change my order.
I ordered a 10.00 box of chocolate. I received 2 six pack bags that were purchased for 1.00 at the dollar store. To me a box of chocolate is not a bag with 6 pieces in it. It is a box of chocolate like russel stover or something similar. I was very disappointed!
Product vs total cost was questionable. Considering I spent nearly $40 for a small standard bouquet.

Product look, asthetics did not fulfill my expectations for price paid, even with discount. Was hoping for a better floral presentation based on image provided, understanding other materials may be substituted.

It would be nice to be able to edit the address at any point. I made a typo a few times and had to start all over. That was annoying but otherwise great experience.
Price and choices are great. The website itself just wasn't as visually appealing compared to other sites. The flowers I chose were the florists choice and the arrangement itself was ok. The card where the message was on however was hideous. It literally looked like a blank piece of copy paper that was printed, folded and placed on top of the flowers. They didn't even bother to fix the spacing of the letters so there was a word separated into two lines. Somewhat ruined the look of the arrangement. It was the first thing you saw.
I couldn't be happier with the display, timelines, and the tracker system. Great product for the price.
