I scheduled a delivery to mom's work for her Birthday today. Flowers were to be delivered in the morning but when I tracked it they hadn't and it was around 12:30p. When I called I was told they could not locate my moms office to drop off but I nor my mom was never called. So trying to find out the status of delivery was very confusing. I wanted a nice surprise for mom and it turned out to be stressful. She was called to pick up flowers in another location than her office, when she went to pick up no one was there and when she finally went back to her desk they were there. I attached a Birthday note with the flowers and the note had major typos! Going forward I'll need to check the reviews of the business beforehand. Lesson learned.
The flowers were for my sister who just loved them. I was impressed with the quick delivery.

Found this gingerbread house planter and it fit the occasion perfectly as it was sent as a thank you for a day of making gingerbread houses. The tree adds the smell of Christmas to the gift. It was a nice surprise.

The delivery was on time for the day and the site is really easy and non complicated. I did not like the Ft Smith's florists "VERSION" of the expected cake arrangement. Lazy to use big gerbera daisies instead of pom pom mums as shown. I also expected bows. It looked like a sloppy cake instead of the example shown.
Therefore not to fault your site but the florist in Ft Smith. I won't be using it again. When I order something to wear or eat or an airline ticket or household item, I don't get a version of it. Not trying to be a difficult consumer. You should know that your florists are misrepresenting you as a business. That's all.
