Put all your fees up front, dont add the handling fee after you think you have the final price and put your credit card info in, then all of a sudden on the process page a $15 fee pops up

The service/handling fee essentially negated the deal and was disheartening. But the live chat help was great. When there was some confusion about where to send my flowers, the hotline number and those who responded via email were extremely helpful and seemed to truly want me to get my order where it needed to be. It would've been nice if they said that there was confusion. I did not know until I myself reached out to them, but when I did they went above and beyond. Therefore, besides the surprise service fee, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I will be coming back.

I was overall happy with the service but $52 for a balloon and a small teddy bear was way overpriced in my opinion.
I was very disappointed when I saw a picture of the flowers that I sent. I thought they would be much bigger for the price that I paid. I thought the balloon would have something like "It's a boy" on it but from what the picture indicated no message. Very disappointed. All it was was a few flowers and babys breath. It should have only cost $20 at the most but instead I paid over $60 for THAT! VERY DISSAPOINTING!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
