The flowers had to be replaced as the delivery person didn't wait long enough 4 the person 2 answer the door and set them on the porch. When she picked up the package the flowers fell out of The vase and hit the cement porch, rolled down the stairs and broke in pieces. She called and they were replaced.

Speedy same day delivery as promised however the basic arrangement was delivered rather than the premium arrangement I selected and paid for. I spoke with a rep from Fromyouflowers.com and they provided a partial credit and a $15 giftcard toward a future purchase. The areangement that was sent was pretty however insufficient in size.

The price was good, but you should inform people about the service fee before the order is placed. I didn't see the fee until the order was already placed.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
