You hav not been transparent. You led me to believe that delivery was free, then charged me nearly $15 for service & handling. Not happy with that.
Wouldn't let me apply 30% off coupon. The flowers that I ordered cost me $62 for premium. The ones that were received did not come in the flowering pot that was pictured. The delivery time was late, and the flowers in the picture were not the ones that were delivered.

I felt like I was unprepared to increase my cost by almost %50 to cover handling. You should prepare shoppers of this extra charge. I almost did not complete this order because of it.
