I felt like I was unprepared to increase my cost by almost %50 to cover handling. You should prepare shoppers of this extra charge. I almost did not complete this order because of it.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
