First delivery try was at the wrong address, and was never delivered, I received an email that the plant was delivered, Had to call in to complain, but they did deliver an upgrade finally, If I hadn't checked with my sister, I would have never known it never got delivered.
Too expensive, even with coupons. Arrangements cost enough, then you add that delivery charge! Nope, not again.
