Easy and quick. Just hope the delivered arrangement equals the selection shown on the website. This is a gift to my best friend. UPDATE: Order was delivered quickly. My friend was very happy with the flowers. However, her description of the arrangement didn't exactly fit the website image. I'm waiting for her to send a photo of the flowers.
The arrangement was not as described. It had very little greenery and one of the balloons was a get well balloon not a birthday balloon as ordered. Also the flowers were not what where listed ok n the website. Still nice looking but not what was expected
The shipping and handling charge was never mentioned the entire transaction and now that I've spent 20 minutes setting up the account and choosing a product it makes it unlikely I'll choose a different company. Well, at least not for today. But doubt I'll be back.
I paid for the larger arrangement and the one received looks like the smaller version. It is pretty, but not as full as expected/paid for.

Not happy about all the added fees. $45 in added fees? Doesn't seem right to advertise the prices as "20%off" and then wind up paying a lot more at the end. Disappointed. I've gotten MUCH better deals from you in the past. Again, very disappointed in that aspect. Delivery was on time; recipient was pleased.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
