I ordered on Thursday, and paid a premium for weekend delivery for a sympathy bouquet. Received a notice that the florist did not have the flowers available, and they would be delivered the next day. The weekend premium was refunded. No further notice was received, nor was there any way to track the status. The flowers were finally delivered Tuesday evening, three days after the Saturday funeral. Unsatisfactory service, but a beautiful bouquet. Only compensation was the $3.20 refund on a $67 purchase.

Thanks for the free shipping. The flowers were few and I am disappointed. This was an upgrade to more flowers and I think there should have been more. Unless this is corrected I will think twice about using this service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
