My granddaughter sent me a picture of the flowers she received today. Instead of being predominantly yellow, they were quite orange. They looked healthy, but the color is definitely not what I picked out for her 13th birthday!
Surprised by the service/handling fee! Seems quite high. Did not see any options to lower this cost.
Was told that the flowers delivered are beautiful and delivered on the correct day. The only reason I gave a four-star rating is that the full description of the flowers was not listed on the site. I tried to view it from several different windows on my phone and still only got to see the picture of the bouquet available.

I have purchased flowers from here many times and have always been very satisfied. However, this last batch was not the best. One of the roses is already dying, one of the Lily's is dead and other hasn't bloomed yet. I will buy from here again but was a little disappointed with the last batch.

Easy to order from Australia, where I am ordering from to my sister in the USA. I was disappointed that she did not receive her flowers on her birthday - the day I arranged for the flowers to be delivered. They were delivered the next day. Sad for a family member so far away.
