MY ORDERING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. The product was not what i expected. I thought i was getting all live arrangement. Instead i find out from my mom that there was artificial stems (4)of holly in this arrangement. There was no were in the add for this arrangement that it was not all real. If i wanted fake stems i would of order from someone else.
So far it is good- we will see what the flowers look like!

I am very disappointed you don't keep your word to your customers. I received an email from you stating I would no longer have to pay a shipping fee but as I just sent out another order guess what.I had to pay the fee. Another thing You sent an email stating because of my orders you were giving me a $12.19 cr on my next order but then when I chose the lowest price for the item I wanted of course I couldn't take off the $12.19. I've recently become a widow and am on a very limited income. I love your products but I want to deal with people who keep their word. Say what you mean or please say nothing at all. I've always take a person at their word.
