We had our thanksgiving order unfulfilled which led to heart ache and time consuming emails & dropped phone calls by staff. Flowers i order for Christmas did all arrive and recipients are surprised and pleased. In seeing photos-I can't help but wonder if my delux order really is delux. I think I will go with a company who can tell me-it will be 6 roses, 6 carnations, etc. so I know it is what I paid for.
The delivery fee really should be the first thing you see, not the last addition just before you pay.
After I checked out, I saw that there was a sitewide sale code to be applied. That's just so disheartening to see AFTER check out. Why not just apply it automatically? Will NOT be back.
