The flowers delivered were not what I purchased. I purchased a yellow container with Japanese Iris and yellow roses. Instead the recipient got a glass vase with some yellow flowers and white roses. I am very dissatisfied and will not use this site again.

Did not like the surprise 14.99 service fee at the end.
I was offered a credit worth ~$12.00 and it got swapped out last minute to replace the (better deal of) free shipping ($14.99) as i placed the order. A little annoyed. I didn't try to apply the credit then when i hit "place order" it told me i was getting the $14.99 off. I now see that was switched. Annoyed.

Quick and easy they were for my daughters birthday and she received them before noon and was pleasantly surprised.
I needed to edit the flower order and I had a hard time getting to page that allowed that. I just went back to previous page, which on some sites will erase all the info.
Delivery seemed kind of high, might be the going rate but $15 seems a little expensive. Flowers looked good, a lot of green foliage added to make boutique appear fuller with less flowers. Not necessarily a bad thing, but was very different from the example photo.
