My Sister loved the flowers
I requested my flower order be delivered the next day by noon and it was actually delivered the same day i ordered! Very happy with my order and service. The vase was different, but it was actually better than what was pictured!
My 7 year old granddaughter was sick, the flowers were for her, she told me that " a very nice person delivered some pretty flowers that smelled really good!" I'm happy!
Easy and smooth.but flowers were dry, limp and wilted. Not at all looking like what was supposed to be a substitute from what I had order. Very dissatisfied with product.
I ordered the deluxe Christmas tree with red roses. The picture my sister sent me is a glass vase with Christmas flowers. Not what I ordered at all. 3 years ago I sent another sister the Deluxe Christmas tree and she still talks about it today-that is why I wanted to send the same thing. A little disappointed that this is not what I ordered.

Great service! Placed my order in the morning and the flowers were delivered that afternoon.
Shipping & handling fee was a surprise as it only showed up on the final payment screen - deceiving. Flowers arrived on time. Looks nice except one bad rose.

It was no possible to type the name complete of the Hospital. I hope it wiil be ok.
I was very disappointed that the arrangement I ordered was substituted with something else - close in type of flowers and colors. When I asked for a description or photo of what was being sent, I was told that wasn't possible. It also arrived a day early, when I knew the recipients would not be there. A neighbor took them in and I am told they are beautiful, but still not totally happy with the transaction.

It was quick & efficient! My only complaint is that the bouquet only had about 4 roses, a few lilies, & mostly greenery! Nothing like the picture at all! Nice, but not worth $50!
