I have never been so disappointed in a floral arrangement. I was actually embarrassed by the small, ugly arrangement that cost me $57. I will never order from this company again. And all of the glowing reviews I read before ordering have to be fake. Do not learn the hard way like I did.
This was a great site, very easy to use and seemed to have good prices. However, I believe that the base price I was charged at the end was higher than the price listed when I chose my item. I would need to check my receipt to confirm but that is what I remember noticing yesterday. With that said, the price was probably not out of line with the industry at all, but the point is that I thought I was getting a really great price and saving money, but all in all I paid every bit as much as I would have at any flower shop. The website was easy to use and the recipient greatly appreciated her gift, so I am not dissatisfied, but for the price I paid, next time I will support a local small business.

Good, but periodically my orders DON'T get delivered and periodically when the recipients receive these, they are not what I intended (i.e., wilted flowers).

And. I think having to purchase a vase is tacky. And the price for the vases are ridiculous.
I ordered the Rainbow Roses from Australia for $25.00 for my daughter who lives in Incline NV for her Birthday.. But by the time the handling fee of $15 was tacked on then the tax, the bill came to $43 which I didn't expect so be aware that they don't state the $15 when you order. Of course the price was almost double that because of the conversion to AUS dollars but that was expected anyway.
But they arrived on time and my daughter said they were beautiful and she sent me a photo of them. She said they were also nice and fresh. So I was happy with the outcome.
