I'm not very happy because you advertise one price and specials then you add massive fees.

So I chose a larger arrangement for $34 plus $4.99 tax ok I get that. But suddenly it said the total was $59 after I'd spent time writing the message with so few characters allowed. I REALLY wanted to send those flowers, but it was WAY more than I can afford at that point but I did it anyway. I just felt mis-led re the price.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
