I'm not very happy because you advertise one price and specials then you add massive fees.
I'm would not tell anyone to use your sight because you end up paying double the amount shown.
Expensive handling fee, the flowers were almost all closed upon delivery.
The arrangement delivered was not the same as pictured. It did not have any white or red roses rather mums and the premium add was pine branches. Disappointing.
Pricing misleading- $34 became $60 on final page. I don't have a lot of money- I wanted to send a single rose for $24, but it said I had to spend more to deliver. So I chose a larger arrangement for $34 plus $4.99 tax ok I get that. But suddenly it said the total was $59 after I'd spent time writing the message with so few characters allowed. I REALLY wanted to send those flowers, but it was WAY more than I can afford at that point but I did it anyway. I just felt mis-led re the price.
I was very happy. The delivery was on time and the flowers were beautiful! Thank you.

The product and delivery time were great, but the condo unit number did not appear on the address label and the package was left in a general area and not at the condo door.
