It was easy and very well priced. I sent flowers to my Mom and she loved them. They were delivered before I expected them to be so that is an A+ from me.
When I viewed my order, it seems that it kept deleting the free shipping and added a google discount, which was less than the free shipping. I kept hitting back to refresh and after that didnt work, I had to delete the item and re-order.
The flowers were to be delivered 12-19-18, I called my parents at 6:30pm and the flowers were not delivered yet, so I called you and the gentleman on the phone was rude, I felt like I was bothering him to check on my order. He placed me on hold to call the flower store. He than got back on the phone and told me he would email me when the driver got back to the store to confirm delivery.
12-20-18 and I have yet to receive an email to let me know if the flowers were delivered.
12-20-18 I spoke to my parents and she did receive the flowers late on 12-19-18. The flowers that I ordered had a hurricane globe and there was no candle in the globe. My mom had to call your company to let you know that no candle was in the globe.

The arrangement that my Granddaughter,had received wasn't what I had ordered from the internet I'm not saying that it wasn't nice but there was less flowers and more green leaves in it then there was suppose to be.If the places that are doing these up should let you know that it isn't going to look like what you ordered so that your not disappointed.

Product is very nice. Delivery should have rang bell or knocked on door to notify recipient of delivery. No need to wait for answer but something so delivery doesn't sit outside in weather or left to possibly be stolen.

Never ordering from this service again! My delivery was a day late. I paid for same day delivery and was told I would be refunded for that fee and I still haven't seen a refund. I also paid 4.99 for a pink colored vase and it didn't come with a color vase at all. The arrangement didn't look like the photo online at all either! Extremely dissatisfied! When I called to speak with customer service they were very nice but you're not speaking with the flower company that actually makes the arrangements and does the delivery. It would be nice to get the 2.99 same day delivery refund, that was promised to me, and the 4.99 for the colored vase but I won't hold my breath. Very disappointed. Personally I won't be going back to them again.

I ordered the deluxe size and was a bit disappointed in the size. I guess I thought it would be larger. The flowers were not what was in the display. However, they were very pretty.
So easy to order! The delivery was just as seamless.
The floral arrangement that was delivered, however, was vastly different from the one pictured in the website. I ordered the premium version of the special moments bouquet which sadly looked like it was equivalent to the regular size pictured in the website. There were supposed to be purple roses, pink waxflowers, and instead they were light pink roses and Purple Baby flowers. The recipient appreciated the gift, but it was not even remotely similar to the one I selected. So as quick and easy this purchase was, the goods did not meet my expectations.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
