From the original price to paying price is ridiculous. Such a big difference. Not pleased at all with that!
Disappointed with quality. 90% of the 2 dozen roses petals were browning at their tips. The quality of the 'custom vase' was simply my picture printed and rolled to stay inside the vase, with an extra topping of paper cut out and put in the vase where it said happy birthday. Thinking the water would ruin it the instructions said the picture was waterproof and that it was ok to fill up the vase with water. Bad idea, and all of it looks very generic, low quality that came from a 1st graders art class. I'm sorry but all of this was not worth $80. Disappointed, but it was worth trying once.

This is the second time I have ordered from this site, the first time was very successful I won't know about this one until after delivery. I was a little disappointed in the quality of the product received I paid for an upgraded arrangement and it was a bit shabby.

I HOPE THE QUALITY IS WORTH THE PRICE. I WAS HOPING IT WOULD LOOK MORE CLOSE TO THE PICTURE ONLINE, BUT IT WAS MORE JUST A NICE FLORAL ARRANGEMENT. NOT REALLY THE SHAPE OF A CHRISTMAS TREE LIKE THE SAMPLE.
I am not sure when this order was delivered since it went out of my state. The recipient was very pleased which I greatly appreciated. She described it and the description fit the online display picture, like a "mini Christmas tree." Although I thought I was ordering through another company I am relieved this turned out well.
Delivery person was an elderly gentleman, very nice, but he stumbled and nearly dropped the display causing the candle to fall out and some of the evergreen branches to come out as well. We were able to repair the centerpiece, but it would have been nice to have it fully intact when he handed it off to my mom.

Stated that the delivery was for a school the delivery was made exactly 5 minutes before the stated cut off time for same day delivery even though I called (waited on hold 20min)and emailed stating that the person would be gone and if the schools after school activity was finished early the school would be locked
