Excellent products and excellent service
I ordered the deluxe size and was a bit disappointed in the size. I guess I thought it would be larger. The flowers were not what was in the display. However, they were very pretty.
So easy to order! The delivery was just as seamless.
The floral arrangement that was delivered, however, was vastly different from the one pictured in the website. I ordered the premium version of the special moments bouquet which sadly looked like it was equivalent to the regular size pictured in the website. There were supposed to be purple roses, pink waxflowers, and instead they were light pink roses and Purple Baby flowers. The recipient appreciated the gift, but it was not even remotely similar to the one I selected. So as quick and easy this purchase was, the goods did not meet my expectations.
I liked everything about it - except: I would have liked to see examples and reviews of the different options for this arrangement. There were 3 options - regular and two enhanced ones. I wish I could have looked at pictures of all 3 to make my decision.
Ordering was easy. Recipient loved the arrangement. Shipping and delivery costs seemed high.

A friend recently had a birthday, so I sent her an arrangement through these people. It was supposed to be a "deluxe" floral arrangement. She sent me a photo of what she received... it was $#*!! I was actually embarrassed by what they sent. Their "customer service" is a joke. All they do is make a few platitudes and on to the next one.
My daughter was thrilled with her gift of flowers

I was so disappointed with the Classic Christmas Tree that I ordered for my elderly mother. This was the first year that she wasn't able to put up a Christmas Tree, so I thought it would be nice to order the arrangement for her. She sent me a picture of it today after she received it, and I liked to have died when I saw it. The Tree in the picture appears to have used boxwood greenery, however what my mother received was a mess of mixed greenery and wasn't even shaped like a tree. Also, the tree in the picture, it was loaded with carnations, and her tree only had a few. It was very ugly!
So far. So good. We'll see what the recipients think of product. Recipients said they received their arrangement and it was lovely. I did not see it myself (I ordered it).
It was easy to find the arrangement I wanted - and easy to choose the size. I even changed sizes easily!
