First got message item couldn't be delivered until 25th. High extra surprise fees at end of process offputting. Needed to retype info 3 or 4 times.
Easy to order. Received email requesting credit card verification but at that time it was too late for same day delivery They gave me 10.00 gift certificate and said it would be delivered today. At 7:11 am I got email that it would be delivered. Order finally delivered at 8:00 pm. A more appropriate delivery time would have been appreciated. The flowers were beautiful so I am satisfied just disappointed that I had to wonder when they would be delivered.
The plant did not have the card with my birthday greeting on it, so my sister in NC was wondering if the plants she received was from an anonymous sender in China.
I ordered these for my stepmother. For her birthday. She was very pleased!
Above and beyond. On the card I indicated I was trying to send gladiolas so they added them to the order along with happy birthday wishes and the other flowers I ordered. I wanted to say it touched my heart. How kind and sweet that someone took the time to do that!

I ordered blue skies but there were no blue flowers and it seemed small for $50

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
