Hi, I am sorry for my rating but I sent some flowers last Friday and the delivery was the same day but...
I ask you guys to confirm if the person receives the gift personally and she just came from a trip and they leave the flowers outside so she just came sunday august 23th and the flowers sitting there...I don't even know if she got her "birthday surprise" or not until just now 1:09 08/23/2020.
Is very sad...I wanted to surprise her with those BEAUTIFUL flowers but never happened.
So 3 days after she got home and found a sad flowers dying under the sun..

It would be nice to be able to select type of flowers like sympathy after selecting what's available in delivery zip code. It was frustrating to choose an arrangement from the sympathy flowers to be then told it wasn't available in that zip code. But if you enter the zip code first for availability the software shows birthday arrangements etc. it seems that you should be able to filter by type of arrangement after entering the zip code.

Gets expensive after all fees applied. Cheap flowers were used. I ordered bouquet with Rose's and day lillies. Got a few Rose's and carnations and a mixture of what appeared to be over stock flowers. Not resembling anything near what I ordered
