It is a shame, you indicate free delivery yet charge 14.99 for shipping and handling. You don't show the total cost until last step when you have received the payment information. It is important to be upfront with the total cost!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to someone whose sister was having brain surgery. I thought the flowers would be a way to brighten her day. They were NOT delivered. I didn't receive any type of notification so I sent them an email asking for an update. Customer service responded that a delivery attempt was made but they would keep trying (the recipient was home all day). I asked what they were going to do to rectify the situation and got an email saying they would attempt delivery today but were not going to compensate in any way. I then asked what my fees went towards ($14.99) and got a lengthy email regarding the break down of fees, but no apologies for their error. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Look for more established, and customer friendly florists.

Thanks easy for international buyer, thought i ordered a vase with more blue(not purple) and white flowers. I see the lily's are there, fresh not opened out yet. So that will come so further enjoyment.

The package I ordered was the "New Baby Boy Balloon Bouquet - Florist Designed (Deluxe) which was suppose to come with 3 mylar balloons and 5 blue latex balloons. First it did not arrive to my daughters room until 8:00PM Friday and it had different color latex balloons not blue. The next morning the only ones still floating were the mylars. All the latex had fallen. I was very disappointed with the colors of the latex that were delivered and will never order from this site again.
So grateful for the discount, it helped to make my decision of what florist to use :)
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
