I ordered a funeral arrangement to be delivered to the church the next day. The church changed the delivery day to the following day which the florist honored. The florist inquired as to the time of the service and made sure the flowers were delivered in time. Good job!
The delivery at the end, though justified, could have been included for me at one price(I didn't see) and that would have maid the experience perfect.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
