I don't agree with you imposing a minimum pricing to the area I am sending to. I also think $14.99 seems excessive for the delivery fee. I will do a price comparison with other companies to determine if this is the standard practice with online flower delivery service. I actually would not send this order through if I wasn't in a time crunch and had time to shop around. I seriously doubt I will order from your company again as I am feeling price gouged even with a discount. Hopefully the flowers are absolutely stunning, as I am regretting that I didn't look elsewhere...

I've been thrilled in the past! I just really hate it when you chose flowers that are $29.99 and then the check out price is $42.37. I want to know what the total is prior to checking out. Build the 'handling' charge into the price instead of offering a 'great' deal.
The advertisement says "best value" and "save up to 50%", but when I went to check out, there was a $14.99 dollar fee added for some reason, and this ended up being more than the 20% discount I was given. It was frustrating to be told "$35.99 best value" to end up paying nearly $60.00. This is borderline deceitful advertising.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
